Great location. Facilities are ok. Bar is nice.
Needs up-dating of rooms and amenities for the price.
We attended a wedding there for a family member, and many of us stayed over. I guess some of the rooms are older, but we were lucky and had a very nice room that was new and had a nice king bed. Very happy with our stay!!
the sheets were clean and the free coffee and water. The sheets also were fluffy which I liked but there was no instructions on how to use the sleep member bed so my bed was very hard and uncomfortable.
I thought it would be better than it was. I found my room to be outdated. The sheets were clean and it was clean but the hotel was older and I did not like the smell of the hallways or thought that the hotel itself was more family oriented and a bit smelly. I didn't like it that there was no bell hops or someone to help me with my bags. The front desk lady didn't know where there was a cart and after a long day of work shooting a wedding myself and my assistant had to lug everything to our rooms which I thought was a bit hard to do and would have loved a cart or something. I later that morning saw carts out side and was upset that I was not offered one for my bags. I have a hernia and would have preferred not to carry my bags when at all possible. I felt the staff were oblivious to my struggle. Also the breakfast at 19.99 was overpriced. I was in shock at that price for a brunch.
Good location, relaxed atmosphere and foremost the very helpfull staff! It is a minute away from the harbour and all the exitement. Rooms are spacious, however it is an old hotel. The wifi is excellent!
Room was warm, with noisy A/C
Only one servicing of coffee in room
Easy access to the ocean and nice restaurants.
Only a few floors so the rooms are spread out quite far from the elevator
Very comfortable with regulated mattresses beds, delicious breakfast, situated near beach and interesting things, everything was fine/
